
ABOUT OUR SECURITY GUARDS
Darkstro Guards' security personnel are fully trained and licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). The company is insured for the services provided, and its staff can work at events nationwide. Our staff must report for their assigned duties on time and in acceptable attire. The dress code is generally a black suit/jacket, black shirt, and tie.
Our guards understand that they are the customers' first impression of the venue or event and are, therefore, required to provide the best customer service possible. To suit your requirements, our staff will always complete security checks before and at different intervals during their shifts.
These checks include, amongst others:

Fire exits to ensure they remain clear.

Equipment/appliances to ensure they are in working order and safe (where relevant).

Account for customers and staff.

Record and document incidents as required.

Bathrooms are visited as often as possible
Our staff will ensure:

The smooth running and operation of the venue/event

Control and monitor all entrances and exits.

Conduct searches as required, professionally and politely.

Effective crowd control to prevent disturbances and reduce noise.
